RubFile has no accounts, so there is nothing to look up about you — which means a good report is a described report.

Reporting a problem

The most useful reports include: what you were trying to do, the type of file involved, what the app showed you, whether you were on the web or in the Android or iOS app, and the language you were using. Please do not attach confidential documents; the file type and size are enough to reproduce almost every issue.

Where to send it

Use the support channel published wherever you obtained RubFile — the listing of the app you installed, or the official website you are reading this on. Support requests are answered from there.

Privacy requests

Because there are no accounts and no cloud copies of your files, there is normally no personal data to export or erase. The one record RubFile keeps is the local “My files” log on your own device, which you can clear yourself at any time from Settings.
